During the visit, you will learn about Inca constellations, ancestral stories, Andean mythology, and the importance of the sky in the daily life of the Inca Empire. In addition, depending on weather conditions, you will be able to observe stars, planets, and real constellations through powerful telescopes.

Full itinerary
- The experience begins with the meeting at Plaza Regocijo, located very close to Cusco’s Main Square, from where transportation to the Planetarium Cusco facilities will be provided. Round-trip tourist transportation is included in the shared service.
- Upon arrival, we will begin with an introduction to Andean astronomy in the interpretation rooms, where you will learn how the Incas observed the sky and the relationship they had between the stars and their agriculture, religion, and daily life.
- Next, we will enter the modern immersive dome, where you will enjoy 360° digital projections of the southern sky and Inca constellations, accompanied by dynamic explanations and immersive audiovisual presentations.
- Finally, if weather conditions permit, we will carry out astronomical observation with professional telescopes to admire stars, planets, nebulas, and constellations visible from the southern hemisphere.
- At the end of the experience, we will return to Cusco by tourist transportation.
