The experience begins with a brief introduction to the origin of Peruvian cacao and its importance in world gastronomy. You will learn how cacao transforms from jungle-grown cacao trees into one of the most appreciated chocolates in the world.
Hands-On Chocolate Making Workshop
During the class, you will actively participate in the traditional process of artisanal chocolate preparation. You will be able to:

- Remove the cacao husks
- Grind the cacao beans
